A flexible business model to fit your needs.
We have made a considerable investment in time and resources to build a business model that is flexible and is exactly what the consumer demands. We’ve developed 4 great models for your selection:

#1 – The Figaro’s Pizza & Pub – This model is a fun, exciting dining establishment featuring 20-30 beers on tap, TV’s, private party room, etc. all in a warm inviting 3,500-6,000 square feet.

#2 – The Figaro’s ‘dine in’ family model – This model is the same as #1 above, minus the alcohol.

#3 – The ‘Take-and-Bake’ model – with baking – This model features our choice for busy families on the go – focusing on pick-up and delivery for home consumption. Seating can be added as well. Utilizes 1,200 square feet and up, if dining is added.

#4 – Take-and-bake – exclusive – This model is the same as #3 above, but without the ovens. Leaving out ovens gives you a far lower cost, as not only are ovens not included, neither are the costly additional hoods, exhaust, A/C and more.
